Look-Through Data for Wealth Teams and Family Offices

WEALTH TEAMS & FAMILY OFFICES

If the team picks stocks in-house, it needs look-through, holders, and insider activity without paying trading-desk prices for a terminal nobody uses as a blotter.

The gap on the desk

Today

Advisors bounce between the custodian, a CRM, fund factsheets, and a shared research login. Hidden overlap stays hidden until a quarter goes wrong.

With RyxelData

Fund holdings, 13F positions, and insider prints over one API, sitting on top of the custodian and CRM you already run.

THE CHALLENGE

The problem you're up against

RIAs, multi-family offices, and wealth teams that pick individual names do real research. They also run a custodian, a CRM, and portfolio accounting. A full trading-floor terminal is the wrong tool for that desk, and the wrong price.

The questions that come up are specific. What does this ETF actually hold? Which managers just added the stock we own? Did an insider just file a sale? Factsheets and a delayed 13F PDF are a weak answer.

The data is public. Collecting it by hand across a book of names is how look-through and concentration get missed.

What advisors and principals actually ask

FUNDS

Look-through on the funds you hold

Full N-PORT portfolios, shares, value, and weight. See overlap across the book instead of trusting the factsheet top ten.

13F

What large managers hold

Quarterly positions from 5,000+ filers. Useful when a principal asks who else is in a name, and whether that is crowded.

FORM 4

Insider activity on picked stocks

Officer buys and sells on names the team owns or is considering. The filing is minutes old, not last month's newsletter.

SPLC

Concentration you can explain

Disclosed customers and suppliers. When a holding depends on one buyer, the IC memo can say so with a source.

THE SOLUTION

How RyxelData fits

RyxelData sits on top of the custodian, the CRM, and portfolio accounting. It does not replace them. It does not try to be a planning tool.

Pull fund holdings, 13F positions, insider trades, proposed sales, and supply-chain relationships into the research workspace you already have: a notebook, a sheet, or an internal dashboard.

Access is per dataset for the firm, not a seat for every advisor who wants to check a holder list.

THE RESULT

What changes for your team

Look-through and ownership questions get a current answer, not a factsheet and a guess.

Stock-picking teams get filing data without buying a terminal built for a trading floor.

The custodian and CRM stay where they are. The research layer is no longer a scavenger hunt.

Built for teams who need more research coverage, not another blotter.

For RIAs, multi-family offices, wealth teams, and advisors who pick stocks in-house. No rip-and-replace of the custodian or CRM.

Hands-on stock pickers

Teams that research individual names and need holders, insiders, and look-through on those names.

Sits on the existing stack

Custodian, CRM, and portfolio accounting stay put. We are the filing-data layer on top.

Firm-wide, not per advisor

One key, the datasets you need. You are not buying a seat every time an advisor wants 13F data.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace our custodian or CRM?

No. RyxelData is a data API. It sits on top of the custodian, CRM, and portfolio accounting you already use.

We are not a hedge fund. Is this still relevant?

Yes, if the team picks stocks or needs look-through on funds. The live datasets are ownership, insider activity, fund holdings, supply chain, and IPOs. We do not sell execution or planning software.

Can we see what is inside an ETF or mutual fund?

Yes. The funds API returns N-PORT holdings: asset type, issuer, shares, value, and weight, up to 10,000 positions per fund.

How current is insider data on names we own?

Form 4 filings are parsed within minutes of publication on EDGAR. Insiders have two business days to file after the trade.
